How EQ SCOTi Works for You

Getting Started: Calibration and Setup To ensure SCOTi aligns with your project environment and team’s unique ways of working, follow these steps: Review the Storyboard: Watch our storyboard videos to see how SCOTi operates within a typical project. You will see how SCOTi analyses weekly correspondence to generate a RAG (Red, Amber, Green) dashboard and provides reflective questions for team members. Calibrate Tone and Style: Use the form on the Storyboard page to define the specific tone and style SCOTi should adopt. Align with Company Values: If available, please include a copy of your organisation’s published Value Statement to further refine the AI’s alignment with your corporate culture. Service Options and Enrolment Review our Service Catalogue to choose the engagement terms that best suit your needs: The "Applied EQ" Pilot: Join our inner circle by signing up for a 6-month "dog-food" pilot. This free program allows you to qualify new AI features and extensions before they go public. Standard Trial: Sign up for a 2-month free trial, which transitions seamlessly into a production service. Once you sign up, your personalised EQ SCOTi Assistant will send an introduction email containing your enrolment form. User and Project Management As the Service Owner, you have the authority to introduce additional Project Managers (PMs). You and your PMs will be asked to list the projects and team members (Users) who will receive EQ Scorecards. The enrolment forms remain available for you to make changes (adding or removing users) at any time. This ensures all participants have the necessary security options, including: Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) The "Right to be Forgotten" (Data Erasure) The Weekly EQ Cycle Data Collection: Each week, SCOTi will send an email reminder to PMs to forward team emails, conference call transcripts, and chat logs. Alternatively, PMs can add the Assistant directly to project channels using a unique EQ SCOTi email address. Secure Processing: Within 24 hours of receiving the files, SCOTi securely processes the data, incorporating your initial calibration feedback to generate the scorecard. Personalised Feedback: The weekly Project EQ Scorecard is sent privately to each team member. It includes observations and tailored questions for consideration. Continuous Calibration: Users are encouraged to reply to SCOTi with feedback. This input is used to continuously refine the Assistant's alignment with team culture while maintaining EQ best practices. This cycle continues weekly until a PM or Service Owner deactivates the project via the enrolment form. Monthly Reporting and Billing Each month, the Service Owner receives an Anonymised Summary EQ Scorecard. This report highlights: EQ performance trends across all projects and teams. A detailed schedule of the total scorecards sent, categorised by Project, Project Manager, and User. This summary serves as the official record for monthly invoicing where applicable.
